NAF and its corporate partners have created scholarships to inspire and support the next generation of Finance, Engineering, Information Technology and Hospitality & Tourism professionals.

The many thousands of dollars worth of scholarships offered by NAF’s corporate partners go to academy students who demonstrate focus, experience, achievement, and ambition. The deadline to apply for scholarships is March 15, 2012.

Who: Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Seniors and AOHT alumni who are pursuing higher education in hospitality and tourism related fields.
How Much: $1,500

American Express Jesse Blackman Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Scholarship
Who: Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Seniors
How Much: $1,500
Number of Awards: 1

NAF Alumni Business Scholarship
Who: NAF graduating Seniors and Alumni pursing further education in business and/or financial services.
How Much: $1,500
Number of Awards: 5

Kelly IT Resources Scholarship
Who: Academy of Information Technology Seniors
How Much: $2,500
Number of Awards: 2

Groundhog Job Shadow

Each February, NAF participates in National Groundhog Job Shadow Day (NGJSD), a national campaign that gives young people a new perspective on their studies through hands-on learning and a one-day mentoring experience.   >

Students are paired with a mentor who they will "shadow" throughout the day to experience how the skills they learn in the classroom can be applied to the real world. This event also provides an opportunity to introduce future employees to the vast array of careers available as well as supporting community efforts.  >
