The NAF Academy of Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing at the Olympic Community of Schools has built a robust strategic partnership program that has amassed over 500 business partners who have volunteered over 24,000 hours and donated more than $13 M in funds and in-kind.

Business and community stakeholders gather with educators to collectively address the knowledge and skills gap plaguing America’s workplaces while simultaneously paving clear pathways leading students towards upward economic and social mobility. The academy’s strategic partnerships are seen as a exemplary model for sustainability in the community and served as a catalyst for creating the Olympic Technical Talent Development Center that allows the academy to expand work-based learning opportunities.
