In this section of the guide, you’ll learn about designing your program, creating plans for intern recruitment, drafting your weekly schedule, developing ideas for a project of value, and building your marketing plan.

Section 3: Personnel and Visitors

This section provides information about all essential personnel who support the internship program, along with related resources such as job descriptions and email templates. Use this part of the guide to help you recruit and orient facilitators, mentors, guest speakers, final presentation panelists, and your logistics coordinator.

Section 4: Implementation

It’s time to launch your internships! These resources will help you finalize the internship program elements and facilitate your weekly schedule by creating intern teams, assigning mentors, managing all the logistics (such as technology, transportation, and final presentations), marketing your program’s successes, and ensuring interns deliver great final presentations.
