Forty-five years ago, Sandy Weill, our Founder and Chairman Emeritus, with the support of the business industry, created NAF. This year, with Gregory Hayes, RTX Executive Chairman, as NAF’s new Chairman of the Board of Directors, we are thrilled to celebrate our 45th anniversary; and it is not just a celebration of years but of the countless student success stories, partnerships, and lives changed —made possible by you—the passionate educators who have brought our mission to life.

This 45th anniversary year is a time to honor the past, celebrate the present, and inspire the future which speaks to this year’s theme, Transforming Education, Inspiring Futures. As we reflect on what we’ve accomplished together, we’re reminded that our shared mission is more important than ever. Challenges may come, but the unwavering commitment of educators like you reminds us that great things are possible when we come together for our students. You’ll hear more from us throughout the year about anniversary moments, but in the meantime, we want to hear from you.

*Take 5-10 mins to reflect on NAF’s 45th and share your most memorable, special, or remarkable experience.*

In 2025, we look forward to continuing to grow, innovate, and deepen our impact. Together, we will embrace new opportunities, continue to champion access and equity, and shape a brighter future for the next generation.

We couldn’t have reached this milestone without you. Thank you for your partnership, your hard work, and the incredible difference you make in the lives of your students every day.

Here’s to another year of growth, impact, and success—together.
