NAF recognizes that many students may not have access to work-based learning opportunities. With that in mind, we created KnoPro, a free online learning platform where students can develop in-demand, resume-ready skills via real-world industry projects, while receiving mentor feedback. Launched fall 2023, we’re on a mission to bring KnoPro to 100,000 high school students!

KnoPro’s Work-Based Learning Opportunities

Skillbuilders

Skillbuilders are daily activities that can be completed in under 10-minutes. Students can level-up their skills and career knowledge in fields like marketing, finance, and healthcare by submitting video, text, or image responses for the chance to earn points and a cash prize.

Challenges

Monthly challenges are developed in partnership with industry-leading companies. Students can join a Challenge as a team or solo, ideate a solution to an industry problem, receive guidance from professional mentors, and submit a 3-to-5 min video pitch for a chance to earn points, cash prizes, and bragging rights.
